Mostly south facing slopes with cooling effects from nearby hills. Grey-red sandy loam over clay. Farmed with soil well-being a priority. The 2021 vintage was stella. Cool and dry. Natural acids off the hook. Total elegance. Beauty! These wines were hand picked in February and March. Walked to the top of the vineyard and into the winery | Pressed | Wild Fermentation + tiny amount of the devils dandruff (SO2) at bottling.

Hand picked and pressed straight to barrel for a wild ferment
Bright, zippy, lean and mean, yet broad and creamy with touches of umami. Stone fruits galore with grapefruit zest, flowers and sea spray. One one nine is guna make yuh feel so fine.
