Vermentino & Viognier (Taungurung Country), and Chardonnay & Riesling (Wurundjeri Country), blended by Fin and Byrdi. Fruit picked lean and boisterous. Wild fermented. Lemon barley water, spicy leatherback honey undertones with electric acidity, texture like sun. It’s got bubbles. Rippidy Dee. Biggidy bang.
