Savvy and Plums from Wurundjeri Country. Savvy grown by Lone Star Creek and Tibooburra Vineyard. 3 varieties of plum grown by Citrus Prime Produce - Ruby Red, Satsuma and Howard Sun. Plums trodden. Co ferment with grape skins and dash of aqua. Wallah.
Prosecco & Fingerlime
Glera grown by Box Grove Vineyard on Taungurung Country. Fingerlimes grown by Finger Limes Melbourne on Wurundjeri Country. Tasty Green, Pink Champagne and Byron Sunrise. Limes macerated in piquette for 5 days.
