2024 Cool Wine - Yarra Valley born and raised Pinot Noir. 100% handpicked. Fermented in an open top fermenter where we gently hand plunged over 8 days. Bottled after 6 weeks.Classic red fruit. Bright fresh berry palate with elements of citrus and hibiscus. Pretty and supple. Laced with beautiful soft white flowers.

2022 Village Syrah - Fruit is sourced from Sutherland Estate in Dixons Creek and Lonestar Creek Vineyard in the Upper Yarra. Handpicked and fermented as whole bunches. Food stomped every other day over 20 days. Pressed to old oak for 10 month elevage.. Blue fruits. Fleshy berry fruit. Spice and citrus. Super electric vino right here. 

2023 Savvy Sanga - Light bodied rouge with silky tannins. A fusion of ripe red and black fruits; cherry, blackcurrant, and hints of raspberry, intertwined with refreshing and vibrant citrus, green apple, and a light touch of herbaceousness.
