2023 Not Too Bad - A nice mix of leaner fruit, offering green apple, lemon, lime and that bright crunchy acidity we love at Fin. The riper fruit offering fleshier fruit - papaya, pear and melon. Underlying all this you get a touch of salinity with a slate-like minerality. Close your eyes and you can taste the spray from a waterfall bouncing off large granite boulders in a tropical paradise.

2024 FIN SKINS - Orange Wine - 50:50 Riesling/ Arinto. A true Fin / Boxgrove collab. Riesling grown by us and the Arinto by Sarah. On skins for 3 weeks. Super aromatic. Oxidative. Textural masterpiece. Massively floral; frangipanani and sweet peas. The palate full and extensive. Zero gaps. Mildly tropical; think lycees, mangosteen and guava. Juicy ripe peaces. Underlying all this you get a touch of salinity; a sea breeze, sat on a cliff looking over the ocean kinda vibe.

2023 La Nina Rosé - Yarra Valley born and raised Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé. An elegant and savoury rose, delicately fruity with a mineral edge and crisp acidity. Elements of rose petal and luscious red berries

2024 Speedo Gris - Speedo vino. Handpicked by ninjas. Speed dealers recommended eyewear for drinking this reprobate. A right maverick. Can’t be contained. Don’t fear the Jazz. Pinot gris. Fresh and juicy. Strawberries, pears, mandarin and white flowers with a light chalky texture.

2022 Nouveau Syrah - Syrah grown on the northern end of the Dixons Creek valley. Gentle south facing slopes in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range on red clay loam soils. Gentle handling is the name of the game here. Maintaining berry integrity to implement carbonic maceration, protect vibrant aromatics and to create a delicate wine with finesse and florality

2024 Le Vin du Rosier - 50 : 50 Garnacha / Zinfandel. The Zinfandel adds heaps of berries and jubey cherry with dusty chalk-like tannins. The Garnacha offering white pepper, graphite, pomegranite with richer and fleshier fruit flavours. The blend results in a complex yet fun drink.
