2023 Cré Chadonnay

Handpicked. Whole cluster pressed, slow and gentle to tank for
settling overnight. Racked to French barriques (20% new) for a
9 month élevage.

Bright citrus tones, grapefruit pith, green apple with notes of
wild fennel. Nutty and textural.

Grown on the home block atop Lorimers Lane, on a south facing slope on the rockier part of our vineyard. Clay loams, red and yellow clay with layers of siltstone. Yielding 1.5 tonnes per acre this block produces fruit with a great concentration of flavour
