A sunshine-soaked blend of Vermentino, Garganega, Riesling, and Arinto — a true Fin / Boxgrove collaboration. Riesling grown by us, the rest by Sarah. Three weeks on skins builds layers of texture and aromatic punch, delivering an oxidative, character-packed skin-contact wine that’s as bold as it is drinkable.
Massively floral with frangipani and sweet pea on the nose. The palate is full and seamless, spilling over with tropical notes of lychee, mangosteen, and guava, rounded by juicy ripe peaches. Beneath it all, a lick of coastal salinity gives it that breezy, seaside vibe.
Food vibes: grilled sardines with lemon, roast pumpkin salad with feta, garlicky prawns, or a big wedge of washed-rind cheese. Equally happy next to a beach picnic or a long, lazy lunch.
