Think of this a beautifully curated pack of our most tip top vinos.
2024 Memory Lane - Aromas of white nectarine, pear skin + lemon oil rise first, followed by soft honeysuckle, chamomile + almond meal from its long, peaceful time in oak.
On the palate: stonefruit, preserved lemon + gentle herbal lift, wrapped in a silky, waxy texture with a flicker of saline minerality.
2025 FIN SKINS - Orange Wine - 50:50 Riesling/ Arinto. A true Fin / Boxgrove collab. Riesling grown by us and the Arinto by Sarah. On skins for 3 weeks. Super aromatic. Oxidative. Textural masterpiece. Massively floral; frangipanani and sweet peas. The palate full and extensive. Zero gaps. Mildly tropical; think lycees, mangosteen and guava. Juicy ripe peaces. Underlying all this you get a touch of salinity; a sea breeze, sat on a cliff looking over the ocean kinda vibe.
2025 Speedo Gris - Speedo vino. Handpicked by ninjas. Speed dealers recommended eyewear for drinking this reprobate. A right maverick. Can’t be contained. Don’t fear the Jazz. Pinot gris. Fresh and juicy. Strawberries, pears, mandarin and white flowers with a light chalky texture.
2025 Le Vin du Rosier - A casacde of succulence featuring red berries and blackcurrants with cola nut and cherries, with a smidge of licorice. It’s a fragrant number with hints of wild fennel and citrus pith. Light bodied with a soothing acidity.
2025 YAY! Pinot. - 100% Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley, left on skins for 10 days with minimal handling to let the fruit do the talking. Just 2 months in barrel to lock in those vibrant early-ferment aromatics. This is Pinot in its most relaxed, stripped-back form — pure, juicy, and 100% YAY.
2025 - Nubbins 'Sangiovese' - Fermented wild, handled gently, and guided more than pushed. Sees time in seasoned oak to round the edges without softening the spine. It’s about tension. Fruit and earth, grip and brightness. In the glass: sour cherry, blood plum and crushed raspberry, layered with dried herbs, ironstone and a flicker of amaro bitterness. The tannins are firm but fine, carrying that classic Heathcote chew, while the acidity keeps everything lifted and deliberate.
