2023 Petit Blanc | Riesling

Estate-grown Riesling, handpicked and whole bunch pressed, then matured in neutral oak for nearly two years. Time has brought depth and detail: aromas of beeswax, chamomile, and stone fruit open into a palate of quince, dried apricot, and yellow plum. There's a gentle oxidative lift, a fine waxy texture, and a savoury preserved lemon finish with a touch of briny grip.

Layered and textural, it balances fruit generosity with cool-climate drive—mineral, saline, and quietly powerful.

Food-wise? Think charred squid with aioli, roast chicken stuffed with lemon and herbs, or a gooey wedge of raclette. It also gets along famously with salty chips, fish burgers, or even miso-glazed eggplant if you're vibing veg.
