Cré is the quieter sibling to the Fin Wines universe — where Fin celebrates colour, energy + playful chaos, Cré focuses on precision, purity + site expression. Crafted in small volumes, it reflects our belief that thoughtful farming + calm, careful handling can speak just as loudly as the wild stuff.

Handpicked + whole-cluster pressed, this Chardonnay was settled overnight then raised for nine months in French barriques (20% new) — building texture without overshadowing its cool-climate fruit. Citrus + grapefruit pith lead, opening into green apple, nashi + white peach, with a flicker of wild fennel. The palate is nutty, savoury + finely textured, finishing long + composed.

Layered + quietly complex, it’s a study in restraint, elegance + vineyard detail.
