    Pét-nat is sparkling wine bottled with a bit of fermentation still to go. Fizzy Boi takes that idea and puts it in a can.

    This is pét-nat turned pop star — made from bright, clean Prosecco with a splash of rosé for colour, crunch, and charisma. Grown at Boxgrove Vineyard on Taungurung Country, Fizzy Boi delivers zingy citrus, juicy strawberry, a dash of watermelon, and just enough funk to keep things interesting.

    Dry but playful. Light-bodied but not shy. Finishes crisp with a creamy fizz that lingers just long enough to make you want another.

    Perfect with:
