Cabernet Sauvignon with a dash of Cabernet Franc, grown on our home block in Dixons Creek. Handpicked, wild fermented in old oak, and bottled with zero fuss and all the finesse.
The site’s gentle slope, well-drained soils, and long afternoon light bring lift and clarity to the fruit.

This is not your average pink drink. It’s dry, savoury and seriously grown-up — rose petal, wild strawberries, and just-ripe redcurrants float over a fine mineral backbone and crisp, lip-smacking acidity. Think silky, vibrant, and perfectly poised.
A hint of blood orange and crushed rock brings edge and energy to every sip.
