A delicious little chilled red with one job: to make itself very easy to drink. Viognier leads the blend, bringing lift, perfume and a soft stone-fruit note. A splash of Souzão turns up with bright acidity and vivid berry fruit, while Shiraz rounds things out with a little spice and juicy red-fruit depth.

Light on its feet, floral, fresh and full of life. Give it a proper chill, crack it cold and let it warm up in your hand.
