100% Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley, left on skins for 10 days with minimal handling to let the fruit do the talking. Just 2 months in barrel to lock in those vibrant early-ferment aromatics. This is Pinot in its most relaxed, stripped-back form — pure, juicy, and 100% YAY.
A cascade of red berries and blackcurrants with cola nut, ripe cherries, and a touch of liquorice. Fragrant notes of wild fennel and citrus pith lift the nose. Light-bodied with soothing acidity, it’s all about freshness, fragrance, and effortless drinkability.
